All About Us

Growing up in a family of nine, my mother instilled in me a love of cooking, baking, and generally feeding people. I believe you should do what you love and there is nothing better to me than watching someone eat one of my goods and a huge smile spreads over their face. I believe chocolate should make people smile. All of my truffles are lovingly hand-rolled because I believe baking should be hands on. All of my regular truffles are made from rich, velvety Ghirardelli brand chocolate and an assortment of homemade cookie/cake recipes. All of my Vegan/Gluten Free/Dairy Free truffles are made from Pascha brand Vegan chocolate and Cherrybrook Kitchen/Enjoy Life brand cakes and cookies.
